GlobalShop 2015: It’s All About the Customer Journey

Sin city is about to be busier than usual.

GlobalShop, otherwise known as the “world’s largest annual event for retail design and shopper marketing,” is just a few days away. Expectedly, the 14,000 retail professionals looking to better understand the in-store shopping experience are buzzing with excitement.

Here are the top four thing we’re looking forward to this year:

1) The Path to Purchase Centerpiece Exhibit

We’re stationed in the new centerpiece exhibit called “Destination: Bricks & Mortar,” which is a 10,000-sq ft. store that hopes to fuse the physical and digital spaces in 7 themed sections. We’ll be showcasing our technology alongside other innovative products and services for retail. Don’t forget to swing by!

2) Opening Night supporting PAVE

We had a great time at the annual PAVE gala in NYC, and we can’t wait for the west coast edition. With three live Cirque du Soleil performances in store, the GlobalShop Opening Night Bash is bound to be a memorable party.

3) Pechakucha Cocktail Session

Our theme is all about running your store like your website, and we’re ready to show you how our solution helps you make better merchandising and business decisions in 20-second slides. (Over cocktails, of course!) Our SVP of Global Retail, Cliff Crosbie, will cover ways to analyze customer trends, brand impressions and conversion rates in physical storefronts to optimize your in-store experience.

4) Emerging Retail Trends

The industry’s retail leaders will be in attendance ensuring quality idea exchanges throughout the show. We’re excited to find practical takeaways in every conference session and meet with retailers from across the world to discuss the hottest topics in retail.
